Payment
Payment via the website is done via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account for this. You are taken to a separate secure site. At no point does Tumbebe receive any credit or debit card details.
If you would prefer to pay via other means please contact us.
Delivery
Free UK postage for all orders using 1st class Royal mail.
For shipping to EU please contact us.
We are sorry we can’t currently ship outside the EU.
We aim to ship all in stock items on the next working day of receipt of order.
Cancellation/Returns
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a complete refund within 14 days providing it is returned unused, still in its original packaging and suitable for resale.
You will receive a refund of the purchase price less shipping. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Should your carrier/other item have a fault, you may return it for a full refund including shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

It is our policy never to sell or pass on your personal details to any other organisation, this includes your name, postal or e-mail addresses and the details submitted on the order form. The information on the order form is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

ALWAYS READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
If you are using a sling for the first time it is advisable to have a second person on hand to assist you until you become more at ease with your sling.
